John and his wife, Paula, founded ProCare Personnel on October 9, 1995. They established their first office at 601 East Diamond Ave., Hazleton, PA. In April of 2001, they moved to their present location of 113 N Wyoming St., Hazleton, PA, outgrowing their first office. Since the beginning, his passion for this business has been to help other people and businesses reach their goals. John has innovated this business to exceed the humdrum staffing agencies out there. He has extensive experience in staffing in the logistics industry and has deep familiarity with the industry’s most used technology.
Paula co-founded ProCare Personnel with her husband, John. She values helping her clients and employees reach their goals. Being locally owned, Paula can be involved in the day-to-day activities of the business. Paula graduated from Pennsylvania State University, receiving a Bachelor of Science in business logistics. When she is not working, she enjoys spending time with family.
Veronica joined ProCare Personnel in 2015 after graduating from Pennsylvania State University with a bachelor's degree in finance. She started recruiting employees for ProCare Personnel as a high school student. She enjoys giving people in her community reliable and steady work. She loves traveling and spending time with family.
Paula joined ProCare Personnel in 2006. Her duties include processing payroll for all employees, addressing and resolving employee complaints relating to payroll, and responding to unemployment claims. When she is not working, she enjoys spending time with her family.
