Frequently Asked Questions

What do I pay for your services?

As an applicant, you will not pay for any of the services ProCare Personnel provides.

Do you do short-term or long-term staffing?

We mainly provide per diem and temporary/contract assignments. We do our best to keep you working as often as you’d like, based on your needs and goals.

How soon can I start working?

Job availability changes frequently. Once you complete our application process, you will be offered appropriate positions based on your preferences, experience and skills.

How do I become a ProCare Personnel associate?

If you would like to know more about becoming a ProCare Personnel associate, call us at 570.450.7400, or you may visit our offices between the hours of 7 a.m. to 5 p.m., Monday through Friday to fill out an application. You may also apply online to any of our jobs.

Do you offer a referral bonus?

Yes. After a new associate has worked 80 hours, the associate who referred them will qualify for a $25 referral bonus. Make sure that if you do refer someone, they include your name on the application. You can submit a referral here.

Yes. Our staff includes bilingual recruiters who can help you navigate your job search and find great opportunities where you will be respected.

What if I am not interested in a particular assignment when it is offered? Is it all right to turn it down?

Not every assignment is going to meet your expectations. You are always free to decline. We will continue to offer positions to you based on your skills and preferences.

What if I am on an assignment and decide it is not for me?

We realize that not every job will be a good fit for you. Sometimes you will not know that until you have tried the position. If you are on an assignment and find it will not work for you, we ask that you contact us immediately.

You may be asked to stay at an assignment long enough for us to find a replacement, but we will attempt to remedy the situation as quickly as possible. As with any interaction, communication is the key. We expect open communication from our field employees, and they can expect the same from our team.

How can I stay informed about open positions?

Our needs will be posted on our website and updated regularly, so check our job board frequently. We ask that you keep us informed if your availability or interests change or you gain any additional experience, certifications or education, and we will update your profile.
